We've been testing to determine what's causing this unexpected problem. It's important to note that this issue seems to be specific to the Custom & Big Builder type.
The builders you're creating might be pulling items from a location that's not your default location. But don't worry, this problem is affecting only some builder types. The Simple & Fast and the Custom & Small builder types work fine. They're taking items only from your primary location and other places set up for online orders. So, our best workaround for this is to recreate your builders using another builder type.
