Some merchants are using SKU for their fulfillment. Therefore, the automatic generated SKU won’t work for them for managing fulfillment.
To begin with, our builder uses the Shopify product template to integrate our builder functions. Every time we complete a builder, our system automatically creates a new variant with a random SKU to wrap all products in a bundle.
One solution we can do if your fulfillment is based on SKU is to unwrap your builder. This means we will stop the builder from creating a bundle product that wraps all added products. But to show all products separately in the cart page and order section. However, if we do this, our builder fixed pricing and builder discount will stop working. Let me know if you think this solution works for you.
Here are the sample photos of the generated SKU of the builder.
From the Shopify product section:
Here’s how to unwrap your builder:
1. Go to the “Edit” Builder setting.
2. Enable the “Use Your Products on new Orders.”
3. Your builder should list the products individually with its own pricing.
NOTE: You may need to contact customer support if the builder is not unwrapping after enabling the “Use Your Products on new Orders”.
