When the new and improved BundleBuilder rolls out on May 22, all customizations added for BundleBuilder will stop working. They will not come back online.
For most of our customers who have customized code for BundleBuilder on their store, there will be very little noticeable change. Some parts of the app may just look slightly different.
For those customers who had more extensive scripts added for BundleBuilder, that experience may be more disruptive. Bundles may no longer align properly with the rest of your theme. If you built buttons or other workarounds to change the way your users interact with those bundles, that will also stop working.
If BundleBuilder forms the core of your store’s business functions, then please reach out to our Customer Support crew to inquire about whether there are BundleBuilder-related customizations on your store. We will prioritize your request, but we can’t guarantee a timeline for our answer. One example of such a business is a gift store that sells mostly gift boxes and bundles and uses BundleBuilder to create and manage those boxes and bundles.
If BundleBuilder is a more minor part of your business, you may still reach out to us, but please be aware that we may not be able to get back to you before the new BundleBuilder update rolls out.
